Hysteroscopy is the gold standard tool for endoscopic visualization of uterine cavity and it assesses a simultaneous detection treatment intracavitary anomalies with greater accuracy than other methods. The most common abnormalities, including endometrial polyps, submucosal myomas, septum intrauterine adhesions, are in infertile women. It object debate whether diagnostic and/or operative hysteroscopy should be considered basic work-up couples.
